I would like you to know that Mark and Rick from USRI were extremely engaged and determined to resolve our problems. I feel they went all out in determining the sources and making the necessary repairs. In fact, I believe they took care of a couple of window leaks they were probably not responsible for, but took it upon themselves to take care of us.
